Launching Fall 2026, our comprehensive 26-Week Youth Leadership & Mentorship Program provides at-risk youth ages 11-18 with the structure, guidance, and skills they need to transform their lives. Built on the success of our Summer 2025 pilot program—which served 15 youth with 100% participation and measurable behavioral improvements—this expanded model offers sustained mentorship throughout the entire school year.
Every week from August through May, participants engage in small-group mentoring, hands-on career exploration, academic enrichment, and community service. This isn't a short-term intervention—it's a journey of transformation that builds identity, purpose, and resilience.
At the heart of our program is consistent, caring mentorship. Each youth is paired with a trained mentor who provides weekly guidance, accountability, and encouragement. Through small-group sessions, youth develop:
Our mentors don't just show up once, they become trusted allies who walk alongside youth through challenges and celebrate their victories.
Youth gain hands-on exposure to real-world careers and entrepreneurship through:
Every participant completes a Capstone Project—a real business, creative work, or social initiative they design, develop, and present at program end. This builds confidence, ownership, and tangible skills for the future..

We reinforce school success and community connection through:
Youth learn that success isn't just about personal achievement—it's about lifting others and contributing to something bigger than themselves.
The mentorship doesn't stop when school ends. Our 4-5 week Summer Leadership Experience (June) keeps youth engaged during the critical summer months through:
This summer component provides a positive, structured alternative to idle time—keeping youth off the streets and locked into their development journey.

In Georgia, the juvenile recidivism rate is 65%—more than double the adult rate. High school dropouts commit 75% of crimes, and students who struggle in middle school have a 75% chance of dropping out. Without intervention, many at-risk youth cycle through detention, instability, and limited opportunity.
But it doesn't have to be this way. Our Summer 2025 pilot showed that when youth are given consistent mentorship, structured programming, and caring adults who believe in them, transformation happens. Confidence grows. Communication improves. Behavior changes. Hope is restored.
The 26-Week Program takes this proven model and extends it throughout the entire school year—giving youth the sustained support they need to build new identities, break negative cycles, and step into their full potential.
Whether you're a parent looking to enroll your child or a funder interested in supporting this life-changing program, we'd love to hear from you.
